Meridian Health runs neighborhood clinics — front desks, care teams, physicians with fifteen minutes per patient and no patience for software. Ana is the platform engineer who built their scheduling and records system, and for years she also maintained the part nobody budgeted for: the login page, the password table, the roles column, the admin screen.
